We aim to be fully transparent about cancellation charges. Please read this before confirming your booking.
To cancel a confirmed booking, the lead passenger must notify Holiday Formula in writing via WhatsApp (+91 6006567564) or email (info@holidayformula.com). Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The date of written notification will be used to calculate the applicable cancellation charge.

Note: A non-refundable administrative fee of ₹500 per booking applies to all cancellations, in addition to the percentage charges above.
In rare cases where Holiday Formula is unable to fulfil the booking due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, force majeure, government restrictions), we will:
Holiday Formula reserves the right to make necessary changes to vehicle type or route due to operational or safety reasons. If we need to substitute a different vehicle, the following applies:
During peak season (March–October), vehicle substitutions are governed by the following equivalence table:

Holiday Formula cannot pay compensation or accept liability for changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control including:
In such cases, any additional costs incurred (accommodation, alternative transport, food) are the passenger's own responsibility.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method (UPI / bank account). Cash refunds are available for cash payments only. Holiday Formula will not be responsible for delays caused by banking processes.
